LEWISA home is an architecture studio founded in 2008 in Castelnau-le-Lez, on the edge of Montpellier. Specialised in the design and renovation of high-end villas, the studio works across Montpellier and the whole Hérault region.
Since its creation, LEWISA home has delivered more than 60 residential projects: contemporary villas, restored stone properties, architectural extensions and refined interior schemes. Every project reflects a tailored approach, guided by close listening, technical rigour and a search for timeless elegance.
We oversee the complete project cycle — feasibility, planning permission, design, site supervision, turnkey delivery and long-term aftercare.

A DPLG architect and graduate of the Paris Beaux-Arts, Eric Chanvin founded LEWISA home in 2008 with one conviction: every house should be conceived as a unique work, rooted in its territory and built to last.
With more than 17 years of experience in high-end residential design, he personally oversees each project, from the first sketch to the final handover — across both new construction and the restoration of heritage properties.
