Construction of a Contemporary Villa in Domaine des hauts de Fontanelles

This 200 sqm contemporary villa, located in the Hauts de Fontanelles estate in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, was designed and built by LEWISA Home.

The project is organised around simple and legible volumes, with a clear distinction between private areas and guest spaces.

The open-plan living area opens onto the swimming pool on one side and the pine forest on the other, offering a constant connection with the outdoor environment.

The house's atmosphere is bright and inviting, structured around a patio directly connected to a fully glazed entrance.

This project exemplifies our approach to contemporary villa design in Montpellier, based on clarity of volumes, user comfort, and seamless integration with the site.
