Rénovation et extension d'une villa Domaine des Fontanelles

LEWISA was selected by the new owners to breathe new life into this villa, situated in a leafy setting and enjoying a dominant position. The ambitious project aims to modernise the house while redefining the living spaces to maximise openings onto the garden, thereby creating a perfect harmony between the interior and exterior.

This renovation is designed to transform the villa into a contemporary and open space, where natural light and garden views are at the heart of the concept. The objective is to offer the owners a unique living experience, fully embracing the natural environment and the privileged position of the property.

With a bespoke approach, we are working in close collaboration with the owners to redefine the living spaces, ensuring that every modification contributes to the modernisation of the house while meeting the specific desires and needs of the occupants. This project marks the beginning of a second life for the villa, transforming it into a modern, functional residence seamlessly integrated into its green surroundings.
