Complete renovation of this townhouse in Montferrier sur Lez

This comprehensive transformation has enabled the evolution of this classic master's house towards a more contemporary aesthetic, while preserving its character and presence on the site.

The volumes have been re-envisioned, the finishes carefully selected, and large openings created to strengthen the connection between the interior spaces and the exterior.

Notably, an extension was built to house the dining room and extend the master suite with a terrace integrated into the overall design.

The swimming pool was also positioned within a coherent composition with the house and its environment, in order to create convivial and harmonious living spaces.

This project showcases our expertise in high-end renovation and extension of villas in Montferrier-sur-Lez, north of Montpellier,.
